Terms & Conditions

Welcome to my Elspeth Scott shop. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the purchase of original artwork from the online shop.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products

All artwork and prints listed for sale are created or reproduced from artwork by Elspeth Scott.

Original artworks are unique and, due to the nature of handmade artwork, may include slight variations or imperfections that are part of the creative process.

Fine art prints are high-quality reproductions of my original artwork. Details of the paper, print size, framing and other relevant information are provided on the individual product page.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.

Prices may be changed at any time, but this will not affect an order that has already been placed.

Payment must be made in full when the order is placed. Payment methods available at checkout will be displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping

Fine art prints are produced to order and carefully packaged for delivery.

UK delivery: Free postage is included in the price of the Swan fine art print.

I currently offer delivery within the UK only. International delivery is not currently available.

Estimated delivery information is provided on the relevant product page or at checkout. If there is an unexpected delay with an order, I will contact you as soon as possible.

4. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

If you purchase an item online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK consumer law. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me at [your email address] within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. The costof returning an item because you have changed your mind is the responsibility of the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please contact me as soon as possible with details and photographs where appropriate. I will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

5. Copyright and Usage

All artwork and images remain the intellectual property of Elspeth Scott. Purchasing an original artwork or print does not grant the buyer any rights to reproduce, copy, distribute or use the artwork for commercial purposes.
