I respect your privacy and will only use the information you provide to send you my art newsletter and occasional updates about my artwork, exhibitions, prints and other art-related news.

When you subscribe to my newsletter, I collect your email address and, where provided, your name.

How is your information used?

Your information is used to send you my newsletter and updates relating to my artwork. I do not sell or share your personal information with other organisations for their own marketing purposes.

My newsletter is sent using Hostinger Reach, which processes your information on my behalf in order to deliver the newsletter and manage subscriptions.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from my newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter. You can also contact me directly if you would like to stop receiving emails from me.

How long is your information kept?

I will keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed to my newsletter. If you unsubscribe, your details will be removed from my active mailing list, subject to any information I may need to retain where required for legal or administrative purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have rights in relation to your personal information, including the right to request access to the information I hold about you and, in certain circumstances, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
